Why are quarterly treatments important? Can’t I just do the initial treatment?
While an initial treatment is vital and very helpful in exterminating and preventing unwelcome pests, being that we live in the sub-tropics, pest control is a year-round process. We only use the highest quality materials so each quarter builds the barrier more and more.
I don’t see any pests, should I still have a pest control company?
Of course! Just because you don’t see pests doesn’t mean they aren’t in your home or business. They love to hide in mulch beds and other areas waiting for moisture fluctuations.
I just moved into my new home, should I have a pest control company?
Even with new construction, your home sits wide open to countless pests for weeks if not months. Then when your home is sealed up (doors, windows, a roof) these pests have officially moved in. Even then, as your house settles pests will try to move in.
How do I know if I have rodents?
There are a few telltale signs that point to rodents moving into your home or business. These signs include gnaw or chew marks, rub marks and grease stains, scratching and scampering in the walls and ceiling, and droppings.
What are these little bugs I keep finding in my pantry and by the dry foods?
There is a good chance that what you have found are considered pantry pests. They feed on a variety of foods, ranging from grains to beans, and candy to nuts. There are many different species, but the most common are the Rice Weevil, Indian Meal Moth, Drug Store Beetle, Sawtooth Grain Beetle and the Confused Flour Beetle. The best way to remove them is to remove carb-based foods.

Why do you treat both the inside AND the outside?
With our initial treatment, we go through your home to ensure there are no pests hiding behind the walls or in the cabinets. From there with follow up visits we spray the perimeter of your home or business to create an impenetrable barrier. We get them out and KEEP them out!
What treatment method does All “U” Need recommend to protect my home from termites?
We employ Sentricon® System with Always Active™ technology that protects your home when it is placed inside Sentricon System stations around the perimeter of your home. Termites discover the bait, feed on it and bring it back to the colony.
Should I worry about the weeds in my lawn?
Weeds not only ruin the aesthetics of your lawn but rob your turf of the nutrients and water it needs to grow. There are many different types of weeds in Florida, most of which are natives, making them extremely resilient and adaptive to the extreme conditions we face.
What are Bed Bugs?
Bed bugs are a parasite that is commonly found in the sleeping areas of homes and hotels. They feed off humans at night and during the day they, they live in your bed. They can be extremely challenging to get rid of, but not if we're on your side!
How do you handle billing?
Billing is set up with a credit/debit card on file and is charged after the completion of service. We also offer an online payment portal with autopay.
Do you call ahead before the technician arrives?
Yes! You can get an SMS, E-Mail or a call the day before your service (your choice) as well as a service notification after serviced.
Do I have to be home for pest and lawn services?
While the initial services does require you to be home, subsequent quarterly services do not require you to be home.
Do you have service contracts?
No! We are a service-to-service basis. We have you sign a service agreement that outlines what is serviced and paid. There are NO cancelation fees!!
