The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inbound calls from current customers. This is not a telemarketing position; instead, you will assist customers with scheduling appointments, setting up new services, managing invoices and receivables, and addressing any inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at All U Need Pest Control your duties will include:

1. Customer Communication: Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers. Providing information on pest control services, pricing, and scheduling.

2. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling pest control appointments based on customer preferences. Ensuring efficient routing for technicians to maximize productivity.

3. Customer Education: Educating customers on pest control processes, preventive measures, and post-treatment guidelines. Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding pest issues.

4. Service Coordination: Liaising with field technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Communicating specific customer requirements to the pest control team.

5. Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service history. Updating customer information in the database.

6. Issue Resolution: Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborating with other departments to address complex issues.

7. Billing and Payments: Managing billing inquiries, providing invoices, and processing payments. Coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate billing.

8. Follow-up: Following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction. Conducting routine check-ins for ongoing service contracts.

9. Sales Support: Assisting with upselling or cross-selling additional pest control services. Providing information on promotions, discounts, and service packages.

10. Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to customer service processes. Generating reports on customer feedback and service performance.

11. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations

and company policies. Keeping up-to-date with changes in pest control regulations.

12. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives

and team members. Participating in training sessions to stay informed about the latest pest control techniques.
