As a Sales Representative at All U Need Pest Control, you will play an integral role in approaching prospective customers and engaging them in meaningful conversations about our services.

While prior experience is not mandatory for this role, it is highly recommended. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

Job Duties

As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Product Knowledge: Learning and effectively communicating pest control services.
• Sales Presentations: Conducting persuasive door-to-door sales pitches.
• Building Rapport: Establishing positive connections with homeowners.
• Quoting Prices: Providing clear pricing information and service options.
• Closing Sales: Utilizing effective sales techniques to secure commitments.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling technician visits with homeowners.
• Documentation: Recording customer details and sales information accurately.
• Meeting Targets: Working towards and achieving weekly sales targets.
• Customer Follow-up: Ensuring customer satisfaction through post-service follow-ups
• Compliance Adherence to ethical sales practices and company policies.
